Got the call from today and answered thinking it could to do with doctors appointment . She said she is only going to ask me 3 questions but every time I answered she would ask me another one – 'just a follow up on your answer’. She explained they are carrying out a survey to get information required for statistics to help them to improve their products and services. Questioned asked: to confirm address (she new the correct one), age group, marital status, if we have a car and what kind of car, how old – I think that’s when I stopped her saying she’s not asking any relevant questions to any product/service.
